Bad Company consisted of four seasoned musicians: two former members of Free, singer Paul Rodgers and drummer Simon Kirke; former Mott the Hoople guitarist Mick Ralphs; and ex-King Crimson bassist Boz Burrell. The band signed to Swan Song Records/Atlantic Records in North America, and with Island Records in other countries. (Island Records had until that time been the UK home to both Free and King Crimson, as well as to Mott the Hoople for their first four albums; Atlantic, in turn, released King Crimson's and Mott's early albums in the US through a licensing agreement with Island). Atlantic/Warner Music would later acquire the non-North American rights to the band's catalogue. ( from Wikipedia

Very rarely can you say a live version is better than the recorded version....This is one of those instances. Instead of waiting until the end to sing the higher pitched words of "wishing well" Paul brings it in earlier...when you mix that with the slightly more distorted guitar it works out perfectly, and sounds amazing.

My .....Lord....SMH......Just absolutely blown away by the preservation of what was the Greatest Rock Voice of the 70's.....I have to look at who is really a challenger to the claims of Pauls Fans that deserves the title of Greatest Rock Vocalist Of All Times.. .It's a very short list when you start back in the 70's. You got... Robert Plant...and no doubt popularity matters...But how long was RP able to duplicate his studio work on stage??.... If he ever could...that's a night I haven't heard but I would love to... Ronnie James Dio...Pretty much the same age group as Paul...Powerful as hell... On stage...RJD was even better and he didn't peak until the early 90's...But even the Golden Throat had to back it down in the 21st Century...And the voice evolved over time...Paul is crystal clear like day 1. Steven Tyler......I don't know...He still has his moments of greatness to this very day...But could he do a show like this as flawlessly as Paul does.? Mick Jagger?...Lets not even go there..stage presence and personality.is a different category Ian Gillan,,,,, Worn out by 1985.....Purple is better today than they were in 1985...But consistency has to count for something... I don't know Folks.....Since Freddy Mercurys' time was cut short....and Paul surprising held his own with Queen so many years after...and Freddies Catalog is no walk in the park at all... I gotta say...preferences Aside......(R.J.D.. forgive me man R.I.P.)...I have to say... Paul Rodgers is indeed the Greatest Rock Vocalist Of All Time ....So far....and I don't see any serious challengers out there.... What do you people think?.....Did I forget anyone???

Wishing Well is a Free classic!
Paul Rodgers in the best vocal form in years ! Even tho this was years ago ! Slash & Schon (Nice name for a band !) in fine form too ! A great nod to the great Paul Kossoff !

Paul Kossof's dad David was a Rabbi (?) who used to do religious readings on a Sunday afternoon TV show in the early 60's.
saw this bloke in cardiff last year ,he just owned the stage and blew everyone away

Yes I have to think of the emotion about to play in The Rock classics
Slash's guitar playing style is so undeniably unique. You can pick a Slash solo out of a group. Neal was amazing, Slash was amazing, and Paul Rodgers, as always is the mf'ing MAN.
Paul simply the best rock blues singer ever.
My favorite Free song!! Thanks for sharing

Funny enough, THAT was his actual (well-known) nickname within the music industry (Hardly surprising, given quality of his voice)
Absolutely f...ing awesome must be god sent to be able to solo like that at a whim, truly magical. If you were there your soul must have been touched.God bless them all,but especially Paul Rodgers.

I can't believe I never did see Bad Co in concert. Paul Rodgers is amazing. Total panty dropper. I do think in the Led Zep heyday Plant was the best rock singer, but his voice hasn't held up over time. Paul has still got it. Great vid!

Goddamn awesome performance!😎🎸🤘🤘🤘❤
I Love this song
Rock ! And ! Roll !
I want peace in a peaceful world...
All of the "Greats* want to play with Paul
Amazing !!
I bought this DVD a bad company worth every penny got to see bank company in the 70s on this DVD there is four legends Paul Rogers/Neal Schon Simon KiRKE
Fantastic rendition ...very cool
Phil and Gary would have loved you, if they were still alive!!!!
Very rarely can you say a live version is better than the recorded version....This is one of those instances. Instead of waiting until the end to sing the higher pitched words of "wishing well" Paul brings it in earlier...when you mix that with the slightly more distorted guitar it works out perfectly, and sounds amazing.

@@donjohn2695 it’s worlds better. Especially how Paul sings it on here. He’s more enthusiastic and changes how the notes are sung and goes into a higher key than on the recording which makes the song better than the original recording. It’s great!!!
Sam Moore ( the soul man ) said that Paul Rodgers can sing the phone book and do it with Class !!!
Blackfoot song right there sounds great though Paul just keeps getting better with age seen all these guys before great gig😎🎼✌️
Wonderful voice Mr Rodgers . He could sing the phone book and it would be a billion seller !

Everyone played great. Neal and Slash are two very different players and we're all the better for their great talents. Paul, damn wow great vocals.
Slash passa uma sensação muito loka nos solos dele, diferenciado demais.
