It is a very old language/music which got mixed in with the Scots-Irish hymns of the Southern U.S. (c 19th century). It is my joy to hear and play.

I love listening to this song because it helps to keep me rounded and grounded in Jesus Christ glory and The Glory of Our Heavenly Father by the indwelling of The Holy Spirit. Amen.

Most of these people have gone home to be wit the Lord. Growing up our church us to have gospel concerts, my parents use to sell tickets & I got to see some of the groups in person, I'm 75 now & not in the best of health so its been several years since I've been to a gospel concerts but I have no regrets because I have a lot of great memories.

How much I loved this man, how beautiful he is. How I loved this song. I heard it many times, because I love this genre.
