Neal Morse - The Similitude of a Dream / Part 1

Музыка

The Neal Morse Band's triumphant double-album, The Similitude of a Dream, is the most acclaimed release that Morse has helmed to date. The 2017 tour was their largest yet, including new continents for the band. At the O13 in Tilburg, Holland, the stars aligned for the most commanding performance of the run, captured for live release in stunning quality. "An epic night on an epic tour," proclaims Neal.
Enjoy this wonderful musical concert!

Ian's music probably rates him in the top 5 composers of the 20th century. Sorry, you don't like his music but there are millions who would disagree with you. Wow! Whether a band is playing to a crowd of 5 or 50,000 I think you can always tell if they... A. Have practiced. B. Have Passion. C. Believe in what they are doing. All these boxes are ticked here, what a brilliant performance. 10/10.

Love the music, but mostly because it reminds me of lots of other pieces from Neal that I love. Unfortunately lyrical content seems to be mostly on rerun as well, ever since his disc called "?". Can't argue that the band isn't super tight though, and the performance is a pleasure to watch.
