I don’t see arrogance, I see a young man who has boundaries and takes himself seriously (as he should). I feel that he has a lot of haters who are driven by jealousy.

He irks me when it comes to lack of accountability re his customers.. his nonchalant attitude about customer service is abhorrent. You're the service provider, do just that!!! Reach out to your disgruntled customers & not them trying to trace you to the ends of the Earth. In other news - Lungelo you're amazing😉
