In the early days when the practice began ..The highest standards are Taeyong ten and Mark. .But I don't understand the company's thinking either. .Because later on I was lost. The record label doesn't support Ten as they should, even though Ten is very talent

Regarding the numbers you saw, all NCT members have their own numbers, sort of like EXO. All 20 current members of NCT are in this video, and 2023 stands for the current year. 6 new members are coming in at the end of the year (Japan Sub-unit).
