i think both the staff and the members realize that they are all working hard together, so everyone tries to make it as smooth as possible. it's sweet to see them so comfortable with each other, giving compliments and little gifts to show their support. thank you everyone for all your hardwork.

Plus a good portion of them have watched the members grow, been there for them in their most vulnerable times, and hardest moments, especially their managers who are basically their parents as many idols get into this job very early as young as 12, and practically rasied them, always fed and cooked for them, protected them clothed them and took them to school, helped them study etc. So yes everyone would make things run smoothly many of their staff is like family to them.

I’m happy to see this side of the managers all fans talk about is how “evil” the managers are

SM might have some stricter managers esp in the beginning for NCT. It's understandable since they were new and the managers have orders from the higher ups but for the most part, I think NCT are surrounded by many decent people who are not only great at their job but also creates a warm atmosphere for the boys and also supports them. I love it when they share anecdotes with the people they work with. Like Dream with their manager who taught them life lessons when they were young, WayV's shenanigans with their manager's bday and 127 with their endless praises for their dorm auntie 🥺

Thank you for this!!! I think so many people think that the staff are some kind of evil force or something because companies as a whole can make bad decisions regarding their artists but the staff that works closely with them are just people trying to work hard and do their jobs. (Though I'm sure there are some rare exceptions). Like when we worry about mismanagement, the enemy is more likely to be corporate higher ups and CEOs, not regular staff. I hope people see these interactions and smile 💗

I really appreciate when the staff (I think it include: stylish, manager, choreographer, etc.) take care so well with our guys, because that persons are everyday with they, so they may be responsible for the mood of the boys.

Let's be real. Staffs are one of the reasons why our kpop groups are successful. Thanks so much for their hard work. And of course the hard work of our kpop groups will never underestimate. Staffs hard work + kpop groups hard work = success and happiness of their fandom.

I think people forget that at the very end of the day Idols are more likely to mistreat managers than the other way around. Let’s not forget these are stars. They make the company money and they’re an important asset to them, managers are easily replaceable. I think maybe it comes with success, when a group starts really making money and becoming famous then the power dynamic obviously shifts. In the case of Dream since they basically started as babies I’m sure everyone consider them as their own kids and take good care of them.
