Thank you so much I am currently studying for my NCLEX-PN exam and to see this being posted an hour ago is amazing and very much needed! Your videos are one of my top resources for NCLEX practice because it helps with my type of learning style. Once again thank you for all your content it is a true blessing! They can do IV, there are restrictions though. No central or IVP

Correct, but it does need to be reported to the state.
