i just took the NGN this month and i failed. there were a few fundamentals concept questions that i can still remember in the exam that i answered incorrectly and were discussed here so im glad that i now know that right answers to them. good job klimek reviews.

Does anyone know when we have to match the the concept/topic to the delegation of a UAP/LPN and when we don't have to worry about the concept and simply just look at what they can or cannot do?

I am confused as to why you would delegate a LPN to clean with pin sites with h202, when that is contraindicated. Otherwise I agreed with all the answers.

I think we can clean it with normal saline or hydrogen peroxide.

You say LPNs can't do IVs? I assume you mean pushing meds into IV and not the actual starting of the IV?
