    Rationale for number 19 is incorrect. The pt is placed in the right side lying after liver biopsy for a few hours.

    Read the question again, “would cause correction by the charge nurse”.

    I think you should also need to read better. I said the rationale. Patients after liver biopsy should be placed on their RIGHT not left side for a few hours.

    Just say "I haven't passed yet." Don't take it as a failure but see it as a learning opportunity. There is a lot of power in "Yet", you are telling yourself that you will get there and that your eyes and heart are still fixed on your goal.

    I failed 3 times, and I lost money to reviews that never helped but the major thing is that I've not lost hope

    I took the nclex exam last month. I'm very disappointed, the exam is not even close to the practice material that the prep book sells online. The level of difficulty is like 5x or 6x.
