U can understand a public prosecutor as the DA of US. The public prosecutor is appointed to the people who can't afford one by the govt. The prosecutor has an office where he/she has associates. They can be asked to be present to fill in for the prosecutor as the 1dt chair n all (Just by a student of 8th if ur parents tell u sumthin else, pls tell me too)

Public prosecutor have an proper office where they can train associates. One of them is the boss (the prosecutor). The prosecutor can't have a personal team,but it has an entire office where it can pass of cases n ask his juniors to be present instead of him.

Defense lawyer is the person who defends the accused or the respondent( the person claimed guilty). He/She makes a reply to the writ. Like in the civics book of class 8, there was a case " The state vs Laxman So in that case, the lawyer from laxman's side was the defense lawyer
