Americans have the absolute right to know if he’s actually experiencing cognitive impairment. A qualified and independent medical examination is paramount! His refusal to allow this examination to proceed is equivalent to a motorist refusing a breathalyzer when pulled over for suspected impaired driving. That person loses their right to drive for a period of time. This should be no different! All aged representatives should submit to a battery of medical tests proving they’re fit to serve.
