Possibly mineral rights and ground leasing land for wind farms. It sounds like he's in close proximity to San Antonio. So having land near this mega region in Texas with future development plans is huge.

Not everybody can own a ranch with hundreds of acres, however, many that make a middle class income can buy land out in the country.

Idk. Hopefully, it will work. And, hopefully he and his family are happy. This is costly. No money manager would advise this investment. Put money in a Vanguard stock index fund for your kids if you want to secure that generational wealth. This is not the way. Extremely risky

Loved George Hill when he played for the Bucks, really good player, clutch shooter and a great defender. Unfortunately, he wasn’t on the team when we won the title in 2021.

Clutch shooter you say? He definitely wasn't Clutch at the free throw line that caused Cleveland to lose the first game in the championship series against Golden State. He make both free throws and Cleveland wins the game but he choked and he missed it smh
