That was great. All three of you guys have a growth mindset. Impressive how you made the changes he instructed so quickly.

These are the small things that set apart great trainers and average ones. The way he broke down the mental game to reach you without giving you an exact recipe. He let you figure it out for you but just opened u up to being receptive to it. Really inspiring and insightful. It's very clear why he has such a huge NBA player list of guys he has worked with. Also thank you for showing this type of content to the hooping community. It shows young kids learning to love the sport what true work it takes to achieve there goals. Great video and awesome work. You looked every bit the same amount of pro as the ones you were working with. And that's all due to your dedication and hard work.

@@ItIsYouAreNotYour pretty sure you need to read my comment again? I called him a great trainer. So not sure what you read but maybe make sure you read it before making dumb comments. Also know quite a few trainers from my time in pro leagues in Europe.

That guy is a helluva coach, great combination of the physical skill development complimented by the mental lessons.

Holy Crap this trainer is next level. I played ball for almost 30 years and would have KILLED to have his influence when I was coming up. My body started breaking down by the time I learned a lot of this.

I loved that little interview with Willie. I like hearing about what the lifestyle is like, so often there are surprising details you didn't think of

You're uncle sounds like an amazing guy. This doesn't surprise me because i know what a generous giving person you are. From paying off you're dad's car bill, helping out that homeless guy, dropping money on the floor of a store so I'm not surprised. Any updates on you're medical situation you'll get through this just keep the positive energy going. You'll get through this if anybody can you can. Yo that trainer is literally the perfect trainer he was giving out instructions that were so diverse and the way he spoke and brought freaking life into it and man just everything about that dude screams he loves the game and he’s gonna share it in a perfect elite way

This is one of the best training vids I’ve ever watched the way he describes body language and how if you keep your mind positive you can be your best self no only on but off the court too, one of the best ways to teach and I’ve never even seen it before

As a 75 year old Basketball junkie, the words in the beginning are so respectful to the Game. I still coach and spend endless hours giving advice even to my 16 yr old HS Varsity Cali player. There Will be a day like me when you walk off that court for the Last Time, so give it your Al,l All of the time.

Iren Rainey is an awesome trainer.🔥 I love how he taps into the mental and emotional parts of the game instead of just telling people to do stuff without them understanding the purpose.

I used to play ball a lot more, pulled my hamstring decided to play something a little less physical lmao I play pool now which is honestly more about mindset than actually playing hahaha. I’ll apply this no doubt

I’m not a professional at all but T you’re not a youtube basketball player and you’re not an instagram basketball player. I’ve seen their videos and I don’t watch them because they’re boring. You have actually talent and potential and you post it on youtube and instagram to show what you’re really capable of. When I first saw one of your videos I didn’t wanna keep watching because I was ready to see something average to what’s on social media but what I saw was impressive and it drew me in. You have a lot of potential and I hope you continue to improve and I hope you get the opportunity to eventually play in the NBA. Good luck and keep pushing
