They should just make mycareer like myleague. You’d think a mode called mycareer would have a bit more options and customization for rosters and players and stuff like that but I guess not. Maybe I’m misunderstanding the my career part

As in you play as your player as if your in the league...alot of players don't have say on roster or anything so that's the main part In my league your more so playing as gm/coach/players
