Honestly you should take roc thru like 2k17 once you max him out. So like next game he bring him you bring him to 2k13->2k14->2k15 etc

The legends showcase 2k12 has the rookies in it. It has the lock out update. Also if you update the roster in anyway: edit overall, accessories, shoes, and trade player ,save then load the roster and start a new myplayer, the edits will be there.
