Nazism and The Occult

Error: in the first few minutes I incorrectly refer to Margaret Murray as the founder of Wicca. While many of her ideas were adopted by the later Wiccan movement she was not the founder.
We explore the connections between Nazism and the Occult to unravel the mysteries of the Third Reich Ideology. We also explore their planned war on Christianity. In this comprehensive examination we explore the Ariosophic roots of Nazism and much more including the necromantic rituals of the Institute of Occult Warfare.
This is the first of two presentations on the role of religion in the Second World War. The second addresses the Christian war on Nazism.

It is true that Hitler at one point criticised neopagan secret society types, but not for their beliefs, but rather (based on his falling out with Karl Harrer in early days) because they tended "to talk alot but disappear when it's time for action".

Yes the upper class in the United States (who were largely part-N@zi to begin with) are now even more predisposed to this ideology. The vast majority of untermenschen killed/imprisoned since WWII (tens of millions) have been by the US and UK . There are actually currently more secret police /per person in the USA than existed in either Stazi E. Germany or under the Gestapo.

Of course they were. Being so Anti-Semtic means being somewhat anti-Christianity by extension, for one. A common uniter in many Socialist movements was and still is a general mistrust of "the jews". Marx was from a formerly Jewish family, and his first widely-read essay is titled _On the Jewish Problem._ Anyone that has not read it before may be surprised(?) by the litany of rather ~sharp~ claims and contentions within. There is still much confusion about these terms today; such as the error by some historians _still_ describing Nazism as "state capitalism" (a contradiction in terms, shown why in texts ranging from Adam Smith to Murray Rothbard and beyond). However twisted a form of Socialism it was, the Nazis were committed to their (National) Socialism - to such the extent that Hitler characterized the entire Lebensraum effort of the third reich to be an ultimate test of "victory or annihilation" for the German people. There is also the Nietzsche "inspiration", which was _also_ twisted and de-coupled from what Nietzsche actually was claiming. Much is a result of FN being mis-attributed in some of his later works as being Anti-Semitic - due to his (indeed Anti-Semitic) brother-in-law's edits to the early printings of some of FN's final writing. Nietzsche's "Ubermench" was a transcendent concept of _all man,_ not just some. Afaik, there is nothing in FN's writing about suggesting to 'get rid of' a race people, nor anything like a preamble for Lebensraum and the 'purity of nations' that the Nazis fell into, nor that he regarded Rabbis in any higher or lower regard than he did Roman Catholic clergy. He didn't give the Protestants an inch either - he blames Luther for reviving Christianity in Europe and sparing it from the death-throes it was headed towards during the Renaissance. iow, (to oversimplify here) It was largely the traditions and fantasies of an afterlife, and the grip on the minds of men by ANY priestly classes - that he sought to end through his philosophy.

A significant lesson here, IMO, is that the role that politicians play (like Hitler) in evolving religious beliefs into new systems of belief. For example, in the Ukraine-Russia war, we witness the American Nuland-inspired plan to break off the Russian Eastern Orthodox Church and cause a new Ukrainian Eastern Orthodox Church to be created. Whatever it takes to weaken Russia, right? How long will it take before the Ukrainian Church claims to be the “true” church with the Russian church being “false”, along with the eventual revelation of esoterical “truth” mishmash. Thus, does a new Christianity cult emerge. “Them v. Us” goes back to survival when humans lived in caves and manipulated stones into tools and weapons. Your presentations are thought-provoking. It is your gift for clarity in communication that is one of your gifts. I hope KZread is sufficiently lucrative to allow you to continue your important work. Onward.

Very good and concise work, but there is even more to be said. About Jörg Lanz von Liebensfels: he claimed to be the son of a baron Johann Lancz de Liebensfels, but this was a lie, and later in 1938 the Gestapo would discover that he had falsified his birth certificate. His real name at birth was Adolf Lanz, and his mother, although a converted catholic, had Jewish ancestry (her father was Samuel Hoffenreich, son of Abraham Hoffenreich, a Jewish merchant). The epitheton "von Liebensfels" he would later take from a nobleman friend of him with the last name "Felicetti von Liebenfelss", with whose sister he had an adulterous relationship for some time. What muddied the waters even more is that there exists a Castle Liebenfels (in Thurgau, Switzerland) where there existed a late-medieval noble family called Lanz-Liebenfels, they disappeared in the records after the 18th century.. Like many great heretics and warlocks of the last millenium, he was an apostate cleric, he started out as a catholic monk for some years before he developed his ariosophist ideas and turned radically against catholicism. In his own words, this happened in 1894 after a vision he received whilst looking at a tombstone, on which an image was chiseled of a knight wrestling with a baboon. In his vision this knight represented the blond-haired master race who had to defeat the lesser races represented by the monkey.

Around that time, the people from these racialist occult societies, they were openly expecting the coming of a "German messiah". Alfred Haushofer, the son of the famous professor Karl Haushofer, father of geopolitics and intimate friend of Rudolf Hess, Alfred Haushofer would later during the war turn against the nazis and become part of the resistance, he died in a concentration camp. Alfred Haushofer claimed that his father in those early days, along with a few others, had engaged in black magic, and had summoned something demonic that they lost control over. Also, Mussolini, who in his early days was warned by a catholic visionary not to ally himself with Hitler (a warning Franco in Spain would heed).... later during the war, Mussolini was thinking of withdrawing, but was adviced against it after a meeting with Hitler, and his right hand count Ciano, from which they returned with pale face, Mussolini had told Ciano that Hitler just told him he believed he was an avatar of the Germanic god Wotan.

Hitler famously said that he was "like a sleep-walker, guided by an unseen hand". During his younger years a voice had often warned him of bombs during WW1, to move into a corner when a few seconds later a bomb dropped on the place he was sitting previously, killing all his fellow soldiers. Even in the memoirs of his only youth friend August Kubizek, long before his political days, in the years 1905-1910, he mentioned something like that, that he would be destined for greatness. Other early nazi occultism-related fellows to take a deeper look into are : Guido von List, Alfred Rosenberg, Rudolf von Sebottendorf (founder of the Thule society, wrote a must-read book "Bevor Hitler kam" (Before Hitler came) in '37, and several esoteric works on freemasonry and sufism) and Dietrich Eckart. And into general Ludendorf, another great hater of christianity, who would start his own pagan movement together with his wife (which exists to this day btw).

I watched an Erick Kurlander lecture on the Nazi occult which may have been the video you saw. Instead of focusing on just the occult aspect he also delves into the Nazi proclivity for science fiction. Two different subjects, that should be two different lectures. Anyway, I really appreciate you saying so because I put a lot of work into these videos. I do draw from secondary sources to make my videos but i also personally investigate the primary sources myself and I try in each video to present some evidence to you guys that hasn’t previously been made available to the public before. If you do a Nazi vs Christian thing, I think its important that you mention the Ratlines and how the catholic church actively helped thousands of Nazis escape justice. Also maybe the whole part where Hitler allowed the Catholic church to directly deduct funds from Catholic German worker's paychecks and thus the pope turned a blind eye to the atrocities he was committing, which were dutifully reported by brave priests on the ground (many of which were executed)

So a few things. 1. I do a follow up video on this called the Christian resistance to Nazism. You really need to watch that. You’ll be able to learn about why the pope stopped speaking out (it was because every time he did the Nazis killed Catholics) you’ll also learn about the pope’s attempt to assassinate Hitler. As for the rat lines, only a handful of priests were involved in that and they were acting in opposition to the Catholic Church.

...and according to many (if not all) pre-Constantine Christian traditions, the Catholic Church is not seen as legitimately Christian so much as an improvised hodge-podge of pagan, Roman and various influences within the empire. Hitler made some broad claims in Mein Kampf and some speeches about "doing God's bidding' so he wasn't "pushing atheism" per se as is more common in Socialism. It seems to me that he was improvising some of his political gains by attempting to appeal to traditional folks one way or another in "throwing them a bone", so to speak. It is not as though Politicians will say and promise _anything_ to get elected! ...right? But I may be getting too tangential already, so I'll leave it there.

@ultraviolet iris read Blavatski to start. Don't take this guy's word for it. He mentions her in passing. He gives leads but never elaborates. I'm sure you understand the concept of both the Church and the State being to two pillars in which hold up society, but there is a third, and that is the Occult. They are the underbelly of society, but they are a huge part of it, and when the Occult infiltrates the Church and State, you get Authoritarians. Both Facists and Communists. Carl Marx was a Satanist, but Communists don't believe in Religion right, lol. How many people were killed in the Nuremberg Trials? Where did all the Nazis go? Where did the OSS come from, and what did they become?

@lordsoros627 partly. Gnostic teaching is dangerous. Saying that God is in all of us is Ego feeding for sure. It's not a specific group. There are only two ways to break down society. You can be your brothers brother, or your brothers keeper. You can give a man a fish, or teach him to fish himself. Saying that I'm a God, or God is in me allows me to make excuses for being my brothers keeper.

@@jeramy9787 I agree. But I am quite far down the rabbit hole. I was born in the mid 80s and as a young teenager I felt and saw that there was something inherently wrong with "political correctness" and "health and safety" culture and such. I did not at the time see it in a "conspiratorial" sense and just assumed that good old idiocy and such was to blame and saw it as pointing to flaws in the average person and their acceptance of concepts seemingly by osmosis. I could tell that many adults simply regurgitate things that sound good to them and simply collect sayings and present them when the context prompts it, I understood that even if what they say contained real wisdom and was good, which much of the time it was, I felt that most adults had not actually THOUGHT about most of what they say and that the truth in what they say was consequential, it just happens that example X is true and if it were not true it would not matter because it wasn't thought out. Robots. I had come across the "NPC" archetype. When in was 16 9/11 happened. There is still much about that event that I refuse to believe is not significant. I read Karl Marxs Das Kapital maybe at 18 or 19, I was studying the federal reserve and all types of shit, reading philosophy, kooky books written by what I now know were gnostic occultists, I read English history, read much of the stuff written by americas founding fathers and the Anglo philosophers that were in this same vein, lots of interesting stuff. By 18 I was reading a lot of "sovereign citizen" stuff and engaging in certain forums. in the early 2000s there was this air or undercurrent in England and for a little while I felt that we had caught onto something and was revese engineering a concept of what exactly the trickery in the court process was and in 2005 or so a judge was surrounded by members of the public in Birkenhead and they wanted to arrest him and it got a bit sticky. Kind of felt like "conspiracy over" and people were going to find out what jury nullification was and that would be that, the income tax would be rebelled against by way of the jury box and the corporate state would collapse due to funding. Over these years I watched obvious cointelpol operations in this movement, pushing crazy theories and essentially trying to dillute the information exchange with bullshit and the "movement" collapsed under a tsumi of conjecture. I read all sorts of dry legal literature, many legal dictionaries, Blackstones commentaries on the laws of England, Halsburys, US supreme Court rulings, UK primary legislation Bill of rights and such, I read the English judge Lord Hewarts 1929 book "the new despotism," Roman civil and cannon law, ecclesiastical law, all sorts of stuff. I started noticing very strange coincidences in the language. It became very obvious to me that socialism, the new age movement, Gnosticism, the obvious globalist business cartel are all linked. I would like to ask you what you think of these things being connected? Many years ago I conceptualised things in what could be termed the "capitalist - communist" conspiracy. The ultimate monopoly is a socialist state, if our globalist monopolists wanted total control they certainly would not seek to push in the direction of laisse fare, if I was them I would foment a socialist revolution as a front for what would effectively be my corporate hostile takeover of government and I would tell people that the "worker" was going to "own" the means of production while in actually fact I will be collevtivising them into a corporate plantation where I do not even has to sell them anything, I take everything and then just redistribute back to them what they need to survive/stay docile. It all makes perfect sense from a mackevelian point of view but over the years I have found it harder to attribute all this to simply money or power for powers sake. As I studied law and weird linguistic coincidences I started to believe in some sense of what we could call "word magic." We actually have a modern term for this, nuero linguistic programming, and this was coined by Alfred Korzybiski who wrote a huge book in 1933 called science and sanity. I remember reading about the Babylonians and their reputation as "word magicians." How supposedly when they conqured a people's they would kill all the men and then take the woman and the children that came from these woman would be forced to speak a language that had been specifically "designed" for them and how the babylonians put the minds of men "into cubes" and who considered their empire as not only conquring physically territory but mental territory through words. The research on the CIAs use of LSD and mushrooms and such, and other intelligence agencies, can lead you to discover a long history. Mushroom cults, magicians, cult leaders. The new age movement is obviously funded and has an agenda. I do not claim to be an expert on Gnostic texts specifically but all roads lead back to the "oneness" right. Gnosis, the knowledge that you are god. It has always been quite clear to me that communism and fascism are part of a gnostic dialectic, capitalism is the thesis, communism the antithesis and fascism the synthesis. That all the big players in the rise of socialism were mystics. That socialism was the political and economic expression of Gnosticism and that the new age/interfaith movement would be the spiritual expression. It is also obvious to me that the English common law has been subverted with what is the Roman civil law. And I can spot the same linguistic tricks, traps, reframings in all of these things. But the implications of this seem like the roots are exceptionally old. Imagine, as mushroom cult of gnostic word magicians that can trace a hidden history back to Greece, through to Egypt and maybe even Babylonian. I feel like I'm living in Assasins creed lol How deep exactly do you see this as going? Just how hyperbolic is my hyperbole about an ancient cult of word magicians that subverts legal systems and then progress onto culture and who have possibly been the rulers of many nations at many times? The Pharoahs. The idea that these magicians have on/off ruled many places at many different times and can literally bamboozal people with word magic. The words are my biggest fascination, too many coincidences in the language and in the roots of certain words, I feel like maybe a person 50 years in the future saying this and adding that gender is all linked into this and we can see how the definition of "gender" was changed just how the word "income" was changed in the 1920s. How deep do you think this goes?

Or perhaps Jung approaches these concepts from a purely metaphorical and psychological perspective, whereas Hitler was straight-up infected by these concepts. As far as the act of the murders, it does have similar motivations to human sacrifice. Rather than pleasing a god they are doing it for their little nightmarish Aryan fantasy. The lack of a deity and of ceremony seems to be the biggest distinctions when comparing these murders to traditional sacrifices.

    C. 5:30 there are a couple of reasons they weren't blaming the French or British, the irony is apparent because one of the oft given reasons for German Depression was war reparations. First thing to note, they didn't pay their reparations. The German economy nose dived becauwe they fully embraced central & fractional reserve banking, adopted Keynesian economics and printed the currency into oblivion. (Prices rises are often called inflation, but that is just the symptom. Inflation is where the money supply exceeds the ability of static goods. Its caused by either the supply of money going up or the availability of goods going down. If the economy shrinks, prices go up and you print more money you end up hyper inflation). The reason the Jews were the main target is that the terms "bourgeoisie" (literally townspeople, but specifically rich townspeople) and Jew were synonymous and used interchangeably in the writings of both Marx and Hitler, and the spoke of Jews in a very similar way. You attach the gnostic gobbledegook of Madam Blavatsky with Socialism and there really is one obvious target.

From the perspective of a Christian philosopher, virtually any promethean or luciferian belief system can be called “Gnostic”. One huge red flag here is that Theosophy actually reveres Archon-like figures as being Ascended Masters/The Great White Brotherhood. Under the theosophical worldview the creator god is actually seen as the Logos rather than being the Gnostic demiurge. Lucifer is one of the Spiritual Hierarchy rather than being some kind of rebel against the demiurge’s heavenly realms. In Theosophy, Christ Lucifer and Prometheus are all the same figure and its human beings who mistake them as separate beings. So your blanket characterization of Theosophy as being Gnostic is extremely thin. Is this another thing you are mindlessly repeating from TIK?

On the last point I think you're going a bit far not to offend people, and that is noble. There are a lot of decent people out there who call themselves Pagan, I know few myself. I don't agree with them and I think their beliefs (from honest and open chats) lack depth and substance. However, the modern Pagan movement is very much descended from people like Madam Blavatsky and modern Norse Paganism can claim no closer relationship to the beliefs of pre-Christian Scandinavians (about which we know very little) than Hitler's abomination. There is evidence the pre-Christian Norse practiced animal sacrifice (Kiloran Bay boat burial on Colonsay, Scotland & Gokstad Ship Burial, Norway) as well as human sacrifice (the account of Ibn Fadlan and the Baladoole Boat burial on thr Isle of Man). You also don't have to look far to see mass human sacrifice either (the Aztecs). That's not to compare past societies with our moral compass, bit we need to reaist the urge to sugarcoat it - and I've binged your videos over the last few days so I know that's something you tend to avoid! It's interesting to note that Alfred the Great expressed moral concerns regarding slavery, which is slightly off topic but interesting to note that it was on theological grounds at a time when it was widely accepted across the world and just under 1000 yeara before the Abolishionist movement gained steam on the same basis. You should check out TIK History's latest videos on this topic. Rather than use the term "occult" he desscribes it as a "gnostic" movement, niether Judeo-Christian nor Pagan, but with elements of both, and closely related to atheistic statism. You could also identify it as literal Satanism - "ye shall be as gods", where Satan's true purpose isn't to get you to worship but to turn away from God and worship yourself. Anyway, fantastic videos - brilliant for working along to

There is absolutely a gnostic influence on the German WWII occult scene, but that doesnt make it the primary or only influence as the aforementioned thesis suggests. For example, its arguable that one of the primary influences of Theosophy and subsequently other Pagan revival movements was a Kabbalist known as Elphias Levi. However its just as incorrect to suggest that Kabbalism is the sole defining feature of WWII German occultism, or Gnosticism, or even solely Nordic Pagan revival. It was a syncretic combination of most of these earlier beliefs combined with Science Fiction, and isn’t merely characterized by a single one of these belief systems.

I don't think you get Satanism you should actually do some research into it and you well get it and isn't about the worship of Satan or one's own self and didn't jesus say something about the lines of us becoming gods.

@@miguelatkinson He didn't say we would become gods. He is referencing Psalm 82 and that reference to gods (lower case g god is always used this way) is always speaking to the fallen angelic beings that hide behind idols like Baal and Moloch and pretend to be gods using these names. In other words he is telling the fallen angelic beings that they too will fall just as any prince or king that abuses his power. And what He is doing in that very verse is refuting the calls of blasphemy against Him so that He may escape being stoned by challenging the religious leaders thinking on there own accusations. Jesus's plan was to die on the cross...not to be stoned in the street and so He had to do this so the plan would go unhindered and it worked because He escaped while they were thinking about what He had just said. We are NOT gods and we never will be. There is only ONE God and even Satan himself is under the authority of Jesus Christ because Satan is merely a fallen angel. He has no power or authority over God. People may worship them as though they were gods but that doesn't mean they are truly gods and so when God brings about the end they will be judged and cast into the lake of fire. Hell was always originally meant to be a prison for the rebellious angels but when man rebelled, we too will find that to be our prison if we don't repent and turn towards Jesus the Christ. God opened a way for us to be saved but the devil and the fallen angels that are behind every idol like Baal, Moloch, Zeus, Odin, etc. have no chance for salvation. They may enjoy humans worshipping them for some time but ultimately they will meet their end. Psalm 82 God presides in the great assembly; he renders judgment among the “gods”: 2 “How long will you[a] defend the unjust and show partiality to the wicked?[b] 3 Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. 4 Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked. 5 “The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing. They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken. 6 “I said, ‘You are “gods”; you are all sons of the Most High.’ 7 But you will die like mere mortals; you will fall like every other ruler.” 8 Rise up, O God, judge the earth, for all the nations are your inheritance. (John 10:34-36) Is it not written in your Law, “I said, you are gods”? If he called them gods to whom the word of God came - and Scripture cannot be broken - do you say of him whom the Father consecrated and sent into the world, “You are blaspheming,” because I said, “I am the Son of God”?

A lot of my ancestry is German/Prussian. I'm soooo glad my farming great grandparents (one side many greats, another side only 1 great) left Germany, and their children were born in America before WWII. Apparently some very distant relatives stayed behind, and my aunts have met them, but those people are strangers.

' Young Mayer also added to his client list the royal German family of Thurn und Taxis, a descendant of which would be executed as a mem- ber of the secret society which created Adolf Hitler. The prominent Thurn and Taxis family administered a courier service throughout the Holy Roman Empire. "They prospered because they received before their rivals news of market trends, commodity prices and major politi- cal events," noted Rothschild biographer Derek Wilson. Mayer saw firsthand that information, especially obtained quickly, often meant great wealth. Today, the axiom has become "time equals money." To prevent prying eyes from reading rheir mail, the family wrote all corre- spondence in Judendeutsch, German written in Hebrew characters. This code has prevented most researchers from any clear understanding of their methods and intentions. ' Rule by Secrecy , Jim Marrs
