Visited Nazare this September. Besides big waves, you should not forget other interesting objects, like Santuário de Nossa Senhora da Nazaré (Sanctuary of Our Lady of Nazaré), Ermida da Memória (Chapel of the Miracle's Memory), Padrão de Vasco da Gama. Before the visit, read stories about Our Lady of Nazaré (Legend of Nazaré), statue of Our Lady, as well as Padrão de Vasco da Gama. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Nazaré Is ALWAYS like THAT, ALL YEAR, 11p.m on Summer is absolutLy not late 😀 and i can assure you its not because of the sports event 😏 1/2 A.M and more you see people from all age, from the Younger to the " Granny" 😏😀 Love the vídeo... God, i miss " riding" those waves 😏😀 Im a surfer and for 2 years i didnt return to Nazaré... God Bless you Two, wish you , SINCERELY, ALL THE BEST 👍🏽🙏🙏🇵🇹

Hello, looks like a beautiful place. Going to Portugal in Oct. so just checking out the videos. Thanks for the information.

An old and typical fishermen village, the only place you can find ladies with seven skirts, really seven. 😁 Find them and ask them to show it to you. They will do it. Only in Nazaré! Nice video! Looking forward to see you in Sitio and in the lighthouse.

Miss that lil village....had a fun nutty ex from there, miss the sardines in august but I do not miss that cold atlantic water....even in summer I didnt last long in there, went about 4 times, good memories, good people, good food incredible wine!!!!

Just booked 3 months here :D Can not wait!

In many streets you can park a car for free, just check when booking a hotel or apartment. In September, we stayed in apartment Nazaré Holidays (Rua Forno da Cal) and could park the car almost right near the door.

Shame on Portugal 🇵🇹 they don't have hospitals for Indian lady who was pregnant.

@@Livingtheglobe They come here in the last weeks of pregnancy to have babies taking advantages of our free healthcare system and also obtain nationality ( births tourisme ) because of that our hospitals are overloaded with nationals and foreigners ready to give birth...in that case that woman came from India in a flight in the last weeks of pregnancy ( which is not advised at all..) and when she went to the hospital due to the overload she doesn't get admitted in the first one and was transferred to another one and in the process se had a cardiac arrest and died ( the baby was saved..) sad but people are abusing of our health services which are in crysis right now due to excess of patients..

We are planning to stay for a month in Feb. Really want to see the big waves!
