It's normal for the Twice members to now focus on their own work. Currently, Nayeon is back with a new album and Jihyo is hosting a show on KZread. The same goes for Sana as for Dahyun. She will be debuting as an actress, filming two movies at the same time, and all the members are participating in fashion shows and magazines, while preparing at the same time. For their Japanese album, which will be released next month, they are also preparing for their next Korean album, which will be released at the end of the year. Meanwhile, sub-group Misamo is preparing for their new album, all while still on tour around the world. They will be performing in the largest stadium in Japan, so despite their focus on their own work, they still give Twice priority

I'm actually not sure where did you guys get those conclusions about the group not being active. Obviously they are not popping 5 albums a year out like in 2018 but you weren't listening to them at that time either. TWICE has Japanese comeback soon, so with Nayeon's solo their schedule seems pretty packed. Don't forget they've also been touring a lot. But yeah, as others comments say there's a lot of content you've been missing. Like live performances from the last tour for example. In my book that's still not comparable to Blackpink absence between comebacks (it's ok if Blackpink members chose that though).
