Hi ji, just soak 2 glass of rice grain with quarter glass of urad dal in morning with methi seeds and in night grind it into fine paste with 3 spoon of rice and keep it aside to ferment morning ur dosa batter is ready u can prepare dosa very well

Also please don't add soda not needed u wil get natural fermented dosa batter if it's not totally fermented due to cold also u get awesome dosa
