In the octagon, I would say it’s possible that you’re correct that Sean Strickland would have a chance, and I emphasize in the octagon. If it was a street fight the seal would win. If, for no other reason that there are no rules in the street fight. There’s no ref, and the only rule is to win so now that brings in weapons and everything else into the mix where in the octagon you have rules.

I don’t think any seal could beat Strickland in a fight but he definitely would be fucked up too especially if it was more of a real world fight and not MMA rules that’s another thing people disregard is subtract MMA rules and I promise you Shaun’s life is in danger. And personally as a fighter and a fan of the sport Strickland isn’t that good of a fighter he’s like a average fighter 10 years ago the UFC and fighting sports in general aren’t what they once were. Now the dude with the felony he’s just trying to get clout on the Internet which as a seal I do think you should be above that. Granted bro probably just has a really bad tbi and can’t help himself.

Because as soon the first few books and movies came out making money, all these SEALS realized “wow, I can make a living off these meal/workout plans, motivational speeches, movies, books, podcasts, etc”. This led to people exaggerating their service, experiences, etc and thus, caused drama. They also get very bent out of shape when you mention the truth that they’re wannabe SF. I mean I have no wiggle room to talk because I’m not SF, nor a SEAL. But as soon as you mention that they’re merely Special Ops and not SF, every SEAL gets bent out of shape (my dad was SF. I’m just a regular joe in the 12b industry lol). 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hi, I’m a woman in her 20s and I’m training to become a U.S. Navy SEAL. What advice would you give for women that want to be SEALs? If you had to go to BUD/S again, how would you prepare differently? What books or workout programs would you recommend? Most female SEAL candidates struggle with carrying the boats and logs, doing pull ups, having grip strength and completing the “Dirty Name” on the obstacle course. Also, a lot of female SEAL candidates break their legs or develop stress fractures. A woman made it to day 4 of BUD/S first phase recently but she quit on day 4. That’s the farthest a woman has made it. Her BUD/S classmates told me that her class hated her and ran her out from under the boat because she was a boat ducker. He was pretty triggered by Jimmy's response to Strickland on the PBD podcast, but it was about more than just his videos. Andy also said Jimmy went to jail for fraud; that's why he hated a guy like that "representing" the community. The problem? Jimmy never went to jail for fraud. Andy admitted yesterday he was wrong, took ownership of the mistake and apologized for his response. That's called being an adult.

I totally agree. And even more so during the Biden Covid shot mandates. All of the experienced team members who had their time in said ‘F this’ and left. Same in the LEO community. That’s why the excessive force cases have gone up is because of the inexperience of the officers. That and because that’s all the media focuses on and because criminals, and even regular citizens, have been allowed (and taught) to have no respect and non-comply with lawful commands. This is all by design. Read Marx’s communist manifesto. It’s all right there.

It is a poor respresentation that does not reflect the true character of the community by a vast margin. I think Andy, Shawn, David, etc... Do it the right way. They see the big picture, the long term objective and are making sure that their words and actions do not bring discredit, dishonor or embarassment to their particular community... and that is the way it should be. It is how you build trust and esteem from others outside of that community.

Andy seems like a really humble dude who knows his SEAL life is in the past and wants to move on to new things.
