Making good recipes can take time and effort to deliver the best results, but that should not be the case when cleaning clogged drains 🙁
Thankfully, Harpic Drain Xpert saved my day, when I was faced with a clogged drain!
It worked magically for me, as it did what a plunger, hot water and baking soda can't do combined!

Ingredients:
For Fried Onions -
Ghee (घी) - ½ cup
Onion (प्याज) - 1 cup sliced
For Nuts -
Almonds - 8-10 nos
Dates, sliced - 3 nos
Walnuts - 5nos
Cashew nuts - a handful
Raisins - handful
For Pulao -
Bay leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 1no
Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1½ tsp
Cloves (लौंग) - 4-5 nos
Black pepper (काली मिर्च) - 5-7 nos
Cardamom (दालचीनी) - 7-8 nos
Black cardamom (काली ईलीची)- 1 no
Cinnamon (2”stick) (दालचीनी)- 1no
Ginger, chopped (अदरक) - 2 tsp
Garlic chopped (लहसुन) - 2 tsp
Green chillies, slit (हरी मिर्च) - 1 no
Carrots, diced (गाजर) - ½ cup
Beans, cubes (बीन्स) - ½ cup
Potato, diced (आलू) - ½ cup
Cauliflower, florets (फूलगोभी) - ½ cup
Salt (नमक) - to taste
Water (पानी) - 1½ cups
Basmati Rice (चावल) - 1 cup
Green Peas (मटर) - ½ cup
Paneer cubes (पनीर) - ½ cup
Saffron Milk (केसर दूध) - a dash

Avial is one such dish . Navarathana Sundal. Using nine pulse. White channa, black channa, field beans dried peas,peanut, moon dal (green whole) cow peas White and brown, horse gram we used to make this delicious healthy sundal during Navratri a compulsory prasadam. My favorite. Thank you for sharing this delicious healthy Navarathana pulao Sir. Tomorrow I will try for the lunch

Sir , I'm from gujarat And here make halwa from gajar, dudhi, rasgulla ke chote chhote gulle badam kaju mava vagera vagera se banate hain And that was a heaven....😊😊 That we called a panchratna halwa.. but if we want , we make anavratna halwa😀😊😋

Sir, please make a video on use of spices, that would be very helpful for cooking for beginners . Nobody tells us clearly about the proportions, we have been learning just by seeing. But it would be helpful if this is put up in logical and reasoned manner.
