Do you have a time point in the video you are making a reference to? Often times old dead bait gets soft and mushy.

@@jailbaitandtackleoutdoors I hear you. I watched people over the last 4 days load up on bait like it's the target species. I'm ok with it as I wanted a cigar minnow but no luck. Just wondering if they eat it?

Those are cobia jigs. And no snook in this area
