Naval Tactical Operations Group (NTOG)

The Naval Tactical Operations Group (NTOG) is a specialized unit that delivers a proficient, capable and tactically agile force and protection capability. NTOG is one of the CAF units capable of enforcing maritime interdiction. Naval Tactical Operators belonging to this unit employ a spectrum of advanced tactics, such as hand-to-hand combat, improvised explosive device (IED) identification, close quarters tactics, as well as tactical shooting.

    I think they should add drones to their list of skills and equipment. After all, MGTOG's basically a naval SWAT team. If you rush onto a boat your chances of getting shot decrease if you know where the potential threats are ahead of time. Drone training could reduce the potential casualty risk.

    I am given to understand they already operate with CANSOF units so I suppose you could argue at least unofficially they already are part of the group. That being said if it keeps up that way it seem pretty likely that would be made official eventually.

    Tristan Davis all, yeah. Except if you're a Sub-Mariner it's harder to apply, because of the cost of Submarine training.

    Thunder Bay is the Murder capital, and the RCN thinks there MTOG are so good, well lets see if they could survive a week a here.

    Actually, as I said in another comment, you're not the murder capital and not even in the top 5. Again, I'm sure these guys could handle the tough guys in T Bay if they ever felt the need to send the military in to do the police's job.

    Hey grey man - The facts speak for them self in 2017 -Thunder Bay had 6.64 murders per 10,000 people.
