When you have a group of handsome dancers, and each member has the ability of a soloist, all with superior leg action you will be able to choreograph a Russian dance like this. There is nothing you choreograph they won't be able to accomplish.

Великолепная постановка! Браво! Такая синхронность! Спасибо всем! Кочубей прекрасен, запомнился опоздавший (Козлов, если не ошибаюсь), Масалков и Чернасов просто молодцы!Во второй половине постановки мой любимый Охлопков. Обожаю смотреть, как он живёт танцем, двигается. Узнала с самой прекрасной стороны Юрия Чернышкова. Дорогие Моисеевцы! Спасибо за ваш труд. Для нас это чудо-смотреть на ваш ансамбль!

Even though they have ladies in their Company, I always enjoy when only the men dance. It's more satisfying when you see something like this. I saw the rehearsal on a segment on this and was not sure what was going. Now I see. Just so fabulous.

Nothing like watching Russian dancing & choreography! The best in precision especially!!!

Disney was inspired by them, sure. Russian cartoons from the 50ths are sooooo artistic and detailed that you don't need to push your imagination up to feel that even fantasy caracters look real. The Snow Queen, The Magic Pony, The Twelve Brothers, The Wild Swans, Negurochka, The Frog Princess, The Malachite Master, Pik, the Little Mouse.... pure eye and ear delight. And painted each frame 24 for one second motion. Nothing compared to modern cartoons.

Absolutely fabulous. What amazingly clever and wonderful choreography. Loved it.

I love this newer interpretation. The slight differences from the performances of the past make a difference and it is quite wonderful. Мне нравится эта новая интерпретация. Небольшие изменения нюансов по сравнению с прошлыми выступлениями имеют значение, и это замечательно.

Thank you for showing credits for the wonderful soloists and demi-sololists here. I hope you do more of that crediting in future videos. I love to see Kirill Kochubei leading off as the boatswain--his characterizations are always a delight. Also, during the machinists sequence, it was fun to see Igor Okhlopkov tightening up Evgeny Masalkov's jaw using that giant wrench (at 5:47), and later Yurii Chenyshkov pouring lubricating oil into Evgeny's mouth (at 8::32). I never before realized that it was the same guy (the same mechanical bearing) that needed both the wrench and the oil. Usually, these videos show only the "Sailor's Dance" part of "Day Aboard Ship." So thank you for performing and showing us this half of this very fine dance number. The audience seemed to love it as well.

Ballet music plus excellent choreography...wow..... I want to watch and see it live.

Sadly, im from Uruguay, and its far from impossible to see you here, but for sure ill be there some day!

They are travelling a lot through the world. In Russia they perform usually 2-4 times / month only.. They have a website with schedule of tours. After Covid only.
