Not really a detail. Very likely just standard audio mixing that applies to all voice/speech clips

This killer really fits in the dbd universe. An actual killer concept where they actually listen to a voice in their mind. I remember the original game back in the day. It's really great work on the skin!!! Plus I love how faithful they stuck to it.

I just wish he said more at all! I feel like he should say a line “Harrowing Hookage!” when you hook a survivor like how he would when you killed a bear.

When Naughty Bear released is the day I realized that before they rebranded to Behaviour, the DbD devs were the ones who developed Naughty Bear.

It feels weird seeing Naughty again. Seriously, Naughty Bear was like THE thing and I'm honestly surprised it's now just becoming an actual skin. I'm happy nonetheless though.

I know it aint a skin for world building. But my headcanon is that the Entity got drunk one day and yoink Naughty, but when they sobered up, realized they had to do something to make it follow it's instructions. So it uses the narrator's voice.

Random Thought: Overindulgence on hope, went on its equivalent of drunk online shopping, got Naughty as it.looked funny and interesting, then realized it was literally someone who listened to a voice in their head, so it struck a deal with the voice promising endless punishment as long as it stayed and worked for it, and narrator agreed as real blood works better then fluff.

Its such a cool cosmetic but there was so much more they could have done with it! they could have used more NB game sounds when a character gets hit or drops a pallet. Boo when opening a locker. Maybe even a faux hit streak where the narrator would say things for each streak within a certain time frame

Not testing the waters. That would imply them thinking of a possibility to double-back on a decision. This is more akin to giving appetizers before the main course meal. Same with Singularity and Alien. They wanted to do Alien for quite some time, but did Singularity chapter first to not make the Alien stand-out too much. Gradual transition and all

This has nothing to do with that, they're literally the devs for Naughty Bear, and I've been dying to have him as a trapper skin for ages, the charm didn't quite help alleviate that.
