Another wonderful video I run across in the jungle of KZread. :-) Enjoyed your info on editable plants. I'm glad you know your mushrooms. In North America we have many very toxic, poisonous mushrooms, some that can kill very quickly. I would be afraid to pick wild mushrooms where I live.

I used to live in a Bull Pine forest and ate a lot of the pine nuts. Sold in stores as Pina Nuts and are quite expensive to buy. When the pine cone swells and the nuts come falling out the "wing" attached to them cause they to spin, like a helicopter, as they fall through the air to the ground. There were so many on the ground where I lived I would collect them and give them as gifts. -- As a young boy I was taught how to leech acorns and grind them into flour the same way the Native American Indians did.

The best parts what I love in your videos, that you always teach us something useful about flora. I always wanted to learn to collect some herbs for a tea or else, but I am discouraged by the reaaallllyy similar poisonous versions. Maybe this way I get more precise instructions!
