How beautiful! I love seeing animals living F R E E ! Wild horses are a beautiful sight as well.
We have a three domesticated burros in our barn and paddocks. They make great companions and friend to our four horses, two goats and two blue heelers.
...And in the morning, I'm makin' waffles! -Donkey
Here in TX we call them “ sacred” burros because the stripes down their back and over the shoulders form a cross.
This made my morning start off right.
Whoever read this, remember there is always someone who loves you.
My neighbor has about 5 donkeys and 4 horses. They are adorable creatures. They come over to me and I pet them and give them a kiss on the nose.
How beautiful! Donkeys are so cool
it makes me so happy to see animals be free !!
Hope they are there for future generations!❤
These precious animals, with the markings of the cross, always remind me of Mary, Joseph and the Baby Jesus traveling to Bethlehem for His miraculous birth. Thanks for the reminder; much needed during these times! Take care & God bless everyone, everywhere. 🙏🏻🇺🇸🌊🌊🌊🙏🏻💙🇺🇸🌎🙏🏻🌍🙏🏻

i never expected to see a mention of ao3 on a random video showing feral donkeys 😭
This is an excellent video
Beautiful and intelligent animals. Burros have always been loyal and dependable for humans. Today in Gaza you see the donkeys transporting the wounded and family’s during this horrific genocide and famine. Free Palestine.
This is splendid and fabulous =)
You are so inspiring!
animais lindos
Was on this morning’s show for about 15 seconds. The ‘nature’ segment, at the end, is getting shorter and shorter.

Laura Coccia For some reason Festus from Gunsmoke popped in my head right away seeing this.
So are we going to see a herd of Elephants next Sunday? ;-)
They get to show love to one another rubbing on each other.
Wow it's so cool
Unfortunately, those that live inside the Big Bend Ranch State Park are subject to being shot. The state is bringing in bighorn sheep to promote hunting, and they share the same area. These 'wild' burros have been there since the 1700's when the Spanish brought them in. Some small bands have crossed the Rio Grande River from Mexico.

A band of burros does sound better than a herd of burros...you might be on to something.

They all should be shot so that native species can live there.
I guess burros are a perfect example of a non-endemic species that does not affect negatively the environment.
I swear till a few months ago I did mot know that a prour one had a cross on them.
Job chapter 9 verse 5-8 brought me here
Wild donkeys from Hawaii island were flown to Texas about 10 years ago. Are these some of them?

No. These originally came from the Spanish missionaries and settlers in the 1700's. Some have crossed the Rio Grande River from Mexico.

❤️❤️❤️
Unique amimals,american wild donkies.
Am I seeing things or do some of these burros have blue eyes?
“According to the legend, in reward for the loyal and humble love of the donkey for Jesus, the Lord caused the shadow of the cross to fall across the back of the Jerusalem donkey,” Powell said. “Ever since, the Jerusalem donkey has carried a sign of the love of God for all to see.” No mention of that in CBS😕

That's because the nature part at the end of the show is always without narration. It's just pictures and natural sounds. Lovely and refeshing. Nature is the ultimate sign of God's glory. So stop looking for something to take offense at. Just enjoy.

These segments have no narration. [also, these are burros of Texas, not Jerusalem donkeys--at least, according to their passports]
In kodiak Alaska you will see wild cows
Ight fellas. Who else is here after a certain someone had a case of mistaken identity under nods?
“Those are sand people alright”
Are wild burros dangerous to people? Would you feel safe to approach and offer an apple to one?
@BeKindToAll03

They aren't dangerous whatsoever. As a matter of fact they LOVE humans. So feel free to approach one. They also like it when you pull on their tails
I never know
The spaniards left a lot of feral species in the americas.

All of the feral horses and burros are descendants of escaped domestic herds of the Spanish and American pioneers.
They aren't wild. They are feral.
