I had inflammation in my hips, arthritis. I was 44!! Didnt want to loose my hips!! Had to completely change my diet and lifestyle. Went to whole foods plant based, removed sugars and sodas, and started exercising daily. Inflammation is gone now! In one year i can exercise daily strongly. @@Smootch-sv4tq Melanin is a natural substance that determines the color of hair, skin, and eyes in people and animals. It's a group of related molecules that are produced in specialized cells called melanocytes. The amount of melanin a person has depends on genetics and other factors, and can range from very light to dark. For example, people with darker skin tones, like those of African and Indian descent, have more melanin than people with lighter skin tones, like those of European, Chinese, and Mexican descent.

I'm not sure if you can answer my question without my medical history but I believe that part of what I'm currently experiencing may have to do with histamine intolerance and spiritual awakening. Looking up both seems fitting. The information you shared on the thyroid was in lightening, thank you. I have cyst and nodules that have increased in numbers and I'm quit concerned. My issues started on day when my oxygen level dropped dramatically. I thought it was the end. A month later I had an infarction kidney and today my oxygen level is at 60%. I rapidly lost 40 pounds and the top of my stomach stays in pain. The brain fogginess and the pain in my neck and back is causing much distres. At the same time I've discovered how I have handle life and my self awareness. Bottom I have been a pure mess. Right now I need help with nutrition and meal planning. I have no idea what to eat. I feel that the food I was eating that was supposed to be good for me is really not good to me. Before this all happened I was eating a lot of fermented foods, taking sea moss, and drinking Ryze (mushroom) coffee. I believe the stomach issue I'm experiencing is from fungus. The docs don't want to treat it because it will contract or worsten my other medical issues. One thing I learned the hard way is I can no longer eat nuts or I need to minimize the consumption amount. Sooooo, my question is should I try the omega three regiment, Algae, hemp seeds, and walnuts? Right now I'm not processing food. I'm always hungry and my gland and lungs are swollen. I am really trying to understand what I'm dealing with and I'm praying that I will be completely healed from it all. The thought my my thyroid turning into mush is really frightening and I want to do what every I need to repair it. Thank you for giving us this valued information.

I was thinking adding hemp seeds would be a bit much, thanks for suggesting to add them to salad. Radicchio, never met the man, heading to the grocery store tomorrow to introduce myself.
