    I overcame anxiety with vitamin B Complex and an additional Vitamin B1. After about a week, my anxiety was gone. I had restless legs too. That is also gone. I do plan to read your book.

    Are sporebiotics same as soil-based probiotics? Which one of them is better tolerated and effective?

    Was she on standard-low-fodmap diet or on paleo-low-fodmap diet? Dont standard-low-fodmap diet still have some grains and legumes that can cause inflammation in the damaged-gut?

    If histamine is contributing to someone’s brain fog/neurological issues, would it help to take an antihistamine like Zyrtec, Claritin, Xyzal, etc..?

    Try Quercetin. It really works for allergies and inflammation.

    Quercetin will block histamine. Have you tried that?
