I have a 'eucy playbox' filled with euc leaves that they love to burrow around in. I also started adding fresh, washed sprigs of euc from the park which they also love. Glad I'm on the right track!

This looks so cute! I've got mine rain forest themed cause I've got a Merauke since 2 weeks, and he's hissy as can be. Just trying to socialize him by taking him out daily for like five minutes so he gets more used to it.

Thanks for the inspiring video :-) I'll be taking my sister's Eastern blue tongue skink, as she can no longer care for him, so I've been researching/watching KZread videos. The first thing I want to change is his flooring, as he's on carpet at the moment. I want to put in Euci mulch, but a few people on reptile forums say it's toxic, which I thought was odd considering it's in the wild where blue tongues are. What are your thoughts on this?

What kind of plywood did you use to make the fake rock from the previous video? Most of the plywood from bunnings is made from pine but I thought pine was harmful to reptiles, or is that only if it's used as substrate?

Grumpy nuggets is the best description of baby blue tongued ever. Are blotchies just more social than indonesians and northerns? Because I'm used to the comment being that if you cohab blue tongues they will probably kill or maim each other.

@@coopsreptiles2588 that's so cool, I love reptiles that can live together, and the biggest downside of american available blue tongues is just that they're violently territorial and hate other blue tongues almost as much as I love blue tongues.
