Hi!! Our baby boy arrived June 27th, 2019 at 11:28am after 10 days of contractions! This was my second unmedicated labor & delivery. My first baby, Eloise, was delivered without an epidural 4 years ago. You can find the vlogs from her birth on my channel as well as my video with tips for having an unmedicated child birth. I've never taken a birthing class and I don't know a whole lot about labor other than what I have experienced or learned from friends. I'm sure plenty of moms on the internet have a whole lot more insight than me on having a baby without meds but I'm happy to share my experiences with you and I hope you find them helpful and encouraging.
If I can have a baby without meds anyone can do it! :) I am not all that tough so just be encouraged if you want to try a natural birth I totally believe in you. Also though if you want an epidural for your delivery do it! Just have your baby in the best way you can and do your best to soak up the process. It's such a gift. If you need a C-section then have one shamelessly and I hope you have a quick recovery. You are amazing. Having a baby is a HUGE deal no matter how you do it and all deliveries are worthy of respect & celebration.

I had a miscarriage and 6 years later I'm not 37 weeks with my second child. My daughter is 9. :) I'm so excited. Congrats on your rainbow baby!!!!! I hope you have a smooth labor and delivery.

I am 30 weeks today!! Seeing this made me so relieved about labor. Not everything is an emergency, not everything requires being serious, and you can enjoy it!! Thank you for all you do mama 💙💙

Your little one is so cute! When my wife went into labor she want to take the dog for a walk and watch a movie and labor at home. I freaked out and forced her to go to the hospital because I thought she was crazy and I did not want an accidental home birth. Well....she let me take her to the hospital and she labored for 28 more hours till our daughter came out. I think on our next one I’ll listen to her....

Aw, that's kind of funny. My water broke around midnight and my husband had the car loaded and running in about 5 minutes 😂

Omgsh! When Eloise says the prayer for your tummy.... TOO CUTE. My son turned 4 in june and we will be welcoming his first sibling/sister sometime in the next month! Thanks for sharing your story :)

@@walidzein1 1 month and 2 days postpartum. My bf had to drag me to the hospital as I thought the contractions were just normal Endometriosis pain. took 5 hours from there and he was out xD

I have had three unmedicated births. My daughter one of each. Women need to realize they are stronger then anyone would tell you. Pain is temporary the blessings far out weight the pain.

God bless you ladies and future moms with minimal pain in labor, transition, and birth without complications, tearing just peace and fast healing. Jesus died for us. We can have birth without fear, without pain, healthy, and fast labors and births without tearing/hemorrhaging. I loved the vlog and getting to see your family also.

I'm 38 weeks in with my first and the panic mode is slowly kicking in, but I panic about everything. seeing this video helped understand that Labour can be long process and the initial part may not be needed to be rushed
