Premature greying is a common problem nowadays and correcting it or treating it would involve identifying the cause of Premature greying.it is a very well-known fact that Premature greying happens due to some deficiency, in lot of people. There are certain diseases like vitiligo that can also present with grey hair. The commonest deficiency which can lead to grey hair is folic acid deficiency, B12 deficiency, Vitamin C deficiency , zinc deficiency, vitamin E deficiency. So correction of these factors can also improve grey hair. If you feel that correction of these also does not improve grey hair, then there are other factors that contribute to grey hair.it has been proved that excessive use of nicotine can cause oxidative damage to the pigment cells of the hair causing grey hair. Also certain junk foods cause certain chemicals to be released that can cause the grey hair to be released. There was a study done that hydrogen peroxide was found to be in excess in people with grey hair, hydrogen peroxide is secreted from the skin. How they found this is arm pit hair never grows grey, hydrogen peroxide is never secreted, whereas the rest of the body the hydrogen peroxide is being produced. So that is how the body hair can turn grey, the scalp hair can turn grey, the hydrogen peroxide is not being produced, so the grey hair can be controlled. Research is still going on where they can do better control of greying where hydrogen peroxide production can be controlled. Keeping this in mind, application of oils externally can sort out the deficiencies or cannot control the disease which is there internally. There are certain instances which can control the greying as it is clinically proven. For example curry leaves can control greying. We have also seen fenugreek seeds, sesame oil, carrot juice is supposed to control grey hair. A combination of fenugreek seeds, sesame oil, carrot juice, which is used in Ayurveda as an application to control the grey hair. Curry leaves is also ingested and applied on paste form to control the grey. Hibiscus leaves is all set to control the greying. Curry leaves is ingested and externally applied. Hibiscus leaves is also said to control greying and is applied externally in the lotion form to control greying.

When I was 16, i got premature grey hair, i started taking amla and alovera juices and applying onion ras on hair directly on the weekend basis , now I am 24 i have achieved black hair back almost 80-85% of the grey hair

Hello doctor I am 23 year old and have 40 to 50 % gray hair I have this this problem from age of 13. That time I have more grays on my head back side but but now on mostly Grays are on my front side I noticed my hair my grays are turning back black and some of black hair turning back in Gray What is the real problem 😢😢 Please give me answer

Appreciate Video clip! Excuse me for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard about - Dinanlinson Bright Colour Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one off product for learning how to get your natural hair color back without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cousin at last got cool results with it.

Just dye it man, it said if you eat Vitamin B-12 it will reverse greyness. Do some research on B-12 foods and start eating quick

How active are you physically from childhood?? I am 29 and my beard and hair have gone grey and I think being physically inactive is one of the contributors for rapid greying apart from hereditary, stress. Is that the same case with you too?

@@Mov286 Do you think it's genetic? If not, maybe look into some of the nutrition and lifestyle causes, as I'd hate these things that are causing the grey hair, to start to cause other damage to your body as well
