You ended with a bang! That last set were my favourite.

The raw warm tones are so beautiful. One of the things I love about Canon is that depth of color, but I am a Sony girl ahaha! The balance you edits bring out are stunning as well.

Very Nice Irene. I like your editing techniques. People tell me they publish RAW out of the camera which is not possible as there is too much information off of the sensor, so some editing is required, but I like the fact you just don't "slam" sliders all over the place, but you use thought and deliberation with how you carry out your edits. Keep up the great work !

Hi Irene! i truly enjoy hoping on to youtube to watch your latest work. I love it! I am in the process of getting a new camera. My eye is on the canon R6 II. As of today do you still recommend this camera for someone that is a hobbyist and only shoots family and friends portraits?

Great work and the R6MKII is a great camera , have you tried the vertical grip for it ? as makes it much easier for portrait orientation /vertical shooting .

You can do the Capture One color profile trick with Sony files as well. If you switch a Sony file to a Canon profile the colors look a lot like Canon

Pretty much, really loving the versatility, but if I want crazy bokeh nothing can replace my 85 1.2

Many of your images seem to have a green tint after editing, do you add this on purpose?

HI Irene, a nice video as always, but I must admit I find the tree in the backgroud a bit distracting on the first two shots. Oh and the 28-70 as good as it is, just can't compete with the the 85 1.2 Bokeh ;-)

Adobe camera RAW is made for photographers, and also has the very powerful calibration tab, which is a must for anyone that wants the best control over the colours in their RAW files, afaik none of the other RAW processing programs have anything that emulates this.

Adobe is not made for photographers, it’s made for creatives and not only photographers use the the program. Have you ever used anything other than Adobe? I’m gonna guess not

@@IreneRudnyk Yes I've used many other things, adobe is a company, they make a suite of programs that cover 'creatives', photoshop is absolutely made for photographers. No need to be rude either. If you dont know what camera RAW's calibration tab does I suggest you go look. I made sure not to criticize your choice, no reason to, I thought my comment might be helpful, but as you seem to know everything, I guess not.

I was talking about Adobe color profiles which are not good, especially when it comes to new mirrorless cameras and some brands like Sony or Fuji, it’s a known fact. How many photographers do you know that calibrate their own color profiles? I don’t know any, because it’s not easy and takes a lot of testing and technical knowledge. Capture one has dedicated personnel that does the calibration and testing for all cameras and creates beautiful color profiles. Don’t get upset because I don’t agree with you.

@@IreneRudnyk Like I thought, you dont know what the calibration tab does. fyi it gives you control over the colours in your RAW like no other converter does, nothing to do with profiles or calibrating them. I didnt criticize your choice, as I know many prefer C1 etc for their profiles. Dont get upset becasue I dont agree with you. You got upset in your first reply, maybe think before typing.

Adobe calibration tab is not more powerful than Capture One, they just have some features that are different while most of the standard one are the same. And btw if your color profile is wack from the start it is incredibly hard to calibrate / edit your raws. This is why most Sony and Fuji users prefer Capture One. I think I’ll leave it at that, I don’t really care to argue more, most of the professional commercial retouchers choose Capture One for a reason.
