I know this isn't from the game Battlefield 2. This video is simply the second installment of my war-themed natural ambiance.
Headphones Recommended
Relax to the sounds of distant war. Deep sounds of bombs shake the area, machine guns fire off in the distance, fire crackles and rain falls.

For those who say we shouldn't find this relaxing... It isn't wrong, we don't crave the sound of war or combat. What we crave is the sensation of safety, or being just out of reach from danger. Hearing it in the distance means it's not here. It's cozy, the same feeling you get when you are in your house by a crackling fire while a storm rages outside.

July 10, 1916 How the hell am I still alive? I'm been fighting on western front for I think 2 years, but it just feels like nothing has change. Once there was a time that hear the singing of birds, instead of the sounds of guns and bombs. Sometimes I just try to picture them as same just to get sleep, but I'm too scared to do so. Hell I can't even think of anything by sides the thought of death, to a point I can't think what's life back home is now. I wonder if anyone in my unit feels the same as I do, but I highly doubt it. Most of them are ever scared, or gotten use to this grim life we all living in. I heard from one of the them we'll be going over the top again when dawn breaks. great news for all us, we all wanted to die sooner or later. I'm unsure the gonna live to see to end of this god damn war. if I did, I'm gonna shoot myself. I just already dead from all this madness. I just want it to end. I often think of those poor men, and what they suffered to give us the world today. Imagine being out there with an AK for example, not knowing which moment would be your last and that's not enough, but you have the rain pouring from the heavens in a vane attempt to stop the arguing. Imagine the rain hitting your metal helmet, trickling down into your face, your hands slippy on the gun, finger slips from the trigger in a possible do or die moment. Harsh conditions, yet strangely relaxing.
