That's the Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) paint job on that 767. Almost every aircraft at AZAL has the same design. And they named each aircraft after a Town/Region of Azerbaijan (BAKU, SHUSHA, KHOJALY, etc.) Hope you guys learned something new, Peace ✌🏼♥️🇦🇿

@@SV-en2oj The E-4B is just a mobile communication/command post in case of a catastrophic event, i.e. nuclear war. It's called, unofficially, the doomsday plane and it can, to a degree, survive nuclear and emp blasts. I recommend looking it up online for more info.

To answer your question, the E-4B is a modified Boeing 747. Just like Emmanuel J noted, E-4B became the USAF’s name for that specific aircraft after it was modified from the stock 747. It’s the same case as the USAF plane that landed before the E-4B. The VC-32A was originally a Boeing 757, but it was given this designation by the Air Force after modifications had taken place. However, this E-4B is not the famous 747 which is most known for carrying the President. That would be a Boeing VC-25, which, yes, is another type of modified Boeing 747. (P.S. “Air Force One” is the callsign used to identify any aircraft carrying the President, whether it be helicopter or plane.)

I live in the UK and study RAF and its aircrafts etc they have external fuel tanks in the event they half to 1 take an escort of 2 or more Typhoons if they are entering dangerous war conflicted zones it's also a refuelling Voyager for our aircrafts in the UK it carrys fuel as well as militry or high governors it is also for long haul flights where they are flying maybe to New York then to Cancun then Back to the UK instead of refuelling half way through they will us ethere external tanks

RAF Voyager is a Airbus A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport, 12 nations have placed orders. What you can see on the wings are not external tanks but the refuelling pod containing the drogue fuel is still stored in the wings. The RAF currently operates 14 of them and they then can be used for vip transport, troop transport or even medivac thanks to the modular way they are set-up internally
