Arkansas Ozarks. Saturation was our issue. 2 20 foot trees just slammed my house. Rootball exposed no wind. The Lord was with me and the kid. Shook the house so bad I just knew windows burst. Pics knocked off walls etc but nothing substantial! Praise God! I could have been homeless tonight w an adult special needs daughter. But for the grace of God, there go I. I see the evidence of His goodness all over our lives.

Be warned, the freeze dryer needs to be in a temperature controlled area. Put a fan on it, keep it in AC or it will say temperature issue and not run. Too cold affects it also but I've had more heat warnings than cold in our garage in Pacific NW. But congrats!
