Are there any known instances of transparent turquoise gemstones?

Not that I know. Turquoise is found in non crystalline formation which is opaque.

In Egypt, there's a saying about turquoise stones that allow light to pass through. Numerous videos show this phenomenon, but I'm unsure if it's due to the widespread use of epoxy in Egypt or if it's natural. I'm reaching out to you because I trust your knowledge for clarification.
