Native American Powwow Regalia Needs
stjo.org
Traditionally, powwow regalia was lovingly handcrafted for children by their family. Wakanyeja -- little beings -- inherited exquisite keepsakes that grew with them while they danced and grew richer in their culture.
Today, too many Lakota children at St. Joseph's Indian School don't have families who can provide them with culturally significant regalia.
That's why your support of St. Joseph's Cultural Preservation Fund is so important. Your incredible gift will help provide a Lakota (Sioux) child with full regalia. You will help keep the Lakota culture alive while showing a child you care!

What a great school
Very informative post - love the work you do.
worthwhile!
my grandpa used to take me to powwows. I miss them. Keep up the good traditions!
White people got a wrong idea of native people from TV and poorly written history books. Its time to have a heart of compassion. Give.
