Hi Richard, probably you hadn't remember, that you can trade 2 Dices to get a gold, a stone or a food. Therefore it could have been a wise move not to overpay and buy the knight at 08:39 and if you didn't throw an additional money, you could have traded two dice in to get the guildhall and use the new gained dice for something more and have them available in the next rounds. Also at 22:35 if you did use the money token instead of the dice before you could now have paid the missing stone with the 2 dice.

Nico Gubler you're right, i totally forgot while filming about the trading 2 for 1! so dumb!!!!

Hmmm should I have waited for this instead of buying Nations? This seems to have the same feel with a much shorter play time.

do the tile victory points get scored immediately or at the end?

Maui Chris at the end. the end of round stuff for food & military & culture gets scored immediately though

Why is there a purple d4 in the dice pile? Is that from some other game or does it come with this one?

If it was me I would have rerolled both those gold and the blue die to try and get some rocks, had far to much gold anyway. Not that it matters, Jen won that game easily.

***** Well, I can see spending dice before tokens only to ensure that if you buy a tile that makes you give up a die to place it on your board, then you will be able to use an already used die, instead of having to give up an unused one, right?

Horace Watkins yup, exactly... pay with dice if you're planning on losing those dice anyway. otherwise pay with chits! :)

At 5:44, Jen doesn't have to buy the wonder since you can't buy it anyway. She should of just bought the Windmill or whatever and she can hope to get the 2 coins from her new yellow dice. not a smart move
