In the 1980s Attingahm Park was used as a "college" for students wanting to learn the english language. I attended that in 1984-1986 over the summers. We students lived under the roof and had our classrooms in the first floor. I actually never entered the ground floor :-) Later the Concord College took all students to Acton Burnell Hall. I had a wonderful time there at Attingham, one year my room had windows to the river and there was a stage over the summer where Shakespeare was played... aaaaahhhh good times back then 🙂 Rooms in the basement look different though, we used them for snooker and "hanging around" and there was a little bar/shop for sweets and non-alcoholic drinks. The Bell Room hadn't changed, though.

Hi Brendan, may I ask, are you using a different camera for the b-roll footage? Seems much sharper and better quality than the rest 🤔 Live attingham Park all year round, especially in the autumn though 🍁🍂

Yes I do use two different cameras 🙂. For vlogging and speaking to camera I use the GoPro hero 8 and for the cinematic b roll I use a canon 250d with a variety of different lenses and filters. I actually have an amazon storefront link in my description of all the equipment I use from filming to editing if that interests you 🙂👍

Another very interesting video keep them coming. Attingham Park is a favourite of ours when we come to Shropshire. Did you find the ice house near the river and bridge? It was nice to feature in your video on the walk, take care Wayne & Samantha

Very enjoyable video, Brendan. We always go up to Attingham to explore the estate, and it’s always great to see the manor. Just a little note on Berwick .. the ‘W’ is silent .. pronounced ‘berrick’, not ‘burrwick’. Not to worry, really enjoyed the video.
