Pokémon fans know how to treat the franchise well. Fakemon, fan made regions, remixes and covers, fan games and rom-hacks. They do it all fantastically. If only Nintendo would let the fans have a chance 😔

This makes me think of the National Park actually leading or surrounding the Bell Tower and even Ecruteak City. Sounds so dang nice!

I'd imagine this being the "part 2" arrangement of the theme, since the first version would be more of an independent arrangement (if we compare this to Heartwood)

@@skateboardmd9163 actually, it would make more sense to use the RBY Viridian Forest theme because GSC's one was only used when the trees were cut down (I think)

@@MariOmor1 That was only GSC lol and it was solely due to hardware limitations. Not only that, but HGSS/FRLG are considered more canonical over GSC/RBY respectively whereas later remakes like ORAS/LGPE/BDSP are established as alt timelines instead. So yeah, Viridian Forest still there and will be using its Gen 2 theme since you'll most likely be able to explore Kanto only after beating Johto

What a majestic arrangement of this track😭It was already one of my favorites from Gen 2's OST but WOW. Oddly enough, it reminds me of how Meteor Falls sounded like somehow. Either way, you did amazing with this!

I’m really glad you decided not to use the electric guitar in this one. They used it in Cobalt Coasts, and it sounded great, but I’ve always thought this song would sound better without it. Thanks for extending it too, wish I could’ve made it to the stream to see it made live. :)

Why is everyone wearing traditional Japanese clothing? All I remember was that a Hiker was chasing me through the woods and now I'm in Feudal Japan? Great remix by the way, I always loved the National Park theme from G/S/C and HG/SS, so it's great to have another high quality mix of it to add to my listening collection. Maybe it'll calm me down the next time a Hiker comes from behind the rocks while I'm making my normal treks up the mountain =P

Legends Celebi : you are looking for Celebi in the Helix Forest and taken to the past, and you can visit the ancient Kanto later as well.

And yes, the artwork shows Ethan at the national park, accompanied by his Turtwig that he got from a visit to Sinnoh, and looking at a shiny Caterpie. As for the game, you just need to play HeartGold and SoulSilver, then have a Celebi in your team, then go to Ilex Forest, and finally interact with the shrine to start playing the game.

The arrangements just keep getting better and better.

I would absolutely love another legends game in either Johto/Kanto or Unova, but there's a lot of things they'd need to fix. Like giving the player more to do because in LA, you really just catch and battle... there's a few good moments but that's at most 2hr of playtime. Everything else is perfecting pokedex entries and it's really boring. I'm currently 10 perfect entries away from perfecting every pokemon in the pokedex and I have a 405hr playtime. I can confidently say that 300+ hours has been boring af grinding. Even the side quests were catch this, complete that entry, and win this incredibly easy battle.

I personally never even experienced Advertisements or any hype for the game until nearly a week or so before launch. Based on flawed memory alone it really was just a pump and dump for the nintendo marketing team. They just dropped it and didn't even try to make it a popular idea. Seems like Nintendo didn't even care for it.

Really lovely theme, but a little fun fact is that National Park already has a cameo in PLA, that being right at the end of Crimson Mirelands 2, which is fitting since that's where Sinnohs safari zone (kind of a 'national park') is. For those curious where the theme is, it's a little melody at about the 2:30 mark

You did an amazing job making one of my favorite Johto songs fitting of the legends treatment. Hearing this music I can just imagine it now, Me and Froakie making our way through Sunkern Meadows. The sun shines through the gaps of the trees, wild Pokémon are all around, some resting in the tree tops, other running through the lush greenery. The more I see of Pokémon Legends Celebi the more I wish it were real.

Man, this kind of works really makes us to wish they'll be making more Pokémon Legends games. One focused in Celebi would be amazing! Johto is my favorite region ever and a game of this kind based there just would be a huge success like PLA.
