Heyyyy now. We’ve got a bigger audience than any new Big 12 network would get on ESPN Plus (I think they have some show on there). Between our site and channels it’s over one million a month.

Thanks for what you do Pete! Aint no easy outs in this league, I wish the Mountaineers played the middle / bottom of the SEC/ B10 this year. I would guarantee 9-10 wins!

The media is not going to give the Big 12 any credit. The only thing the big 12 can do is win. You have to win and you have to schedule big 10 and SeC opponents ooc and beat them. Because apparently beating Vanderbilt and Rutgers is more impressive than beating TCU or Tech...bs I know.

Also they can schedule ACC schools and win to show they deserve a second team in the CFP over the ACC.

Initially I thought that it was just the mainstream media getting weird; but, then I am starting to see it from this perspective: they want the SEC and Big 10 to have 4 teams in the 12-team playoffs (maybe 5 from the Big 10 if Alabama is bad). 8 spots taken leaves 4. They've already have 2 spots allocated to Group of Five leaving only 2 more spots. I think themedia is trying to build the case for only the ACC and Big 12 champions getting in.

It is true and it is honestly kind of good for the conference right now. There is a reason that Utah was not scheduled to play(alphabetically) CInci, Kansas, Kansas State, Texas Tech, or West Virginia in 2024. That is 5 of the 6 teams from the current BIG12 that are most likely to be able to end the season without a loss. The new dream scenario for Yormark is a BIG12 chip game between 2 12-0 teams. Utah's schedule is easy by design but then again so was Michigan's in 2023. Kansas's schedule is easy by design but are you really going to leave out a 12-1 Utah that lost to a 13-0 Kansas from the 12 team cfp? The SEC has had cupcake schedules for years. It works

Yormark isn't going to try to schedule like the PAC12 did. That proved to be a mistake

Kansas does have the easiest schedule for 2024…. And I’m all for it.

I will put Rutgers schedule up against any of those. No Ohio St, Michigan, Penn St, or Oregon.

Even tho you have a dedicated focus on the B12, I don’t know what your public position is on defending the caliber and quality of play in the B12 conference. Why would you not take some of the ACC, B10 and for damn sure some of the SEC teams to task?

@@heartlandcollegesportsSame here. I mean the ACC Network is distributed by ESPN and look what's going on over there. ESPN is probably still reeling from Nick Saban retiring not being able to talk about Alabama the whole time.

@@CarlaJenkinsTV going to be honest, I watched the Pac 12 who were partners with Fox and ESPN constantly get the short end of the stick so none of this surprises me the media do not care, the Big 12 is now the whipping boy. It will be up to the conference to make sure they cannot be ignored, only way to do that is win and win in the playoffs. Because as long as they can say you don't matter it suites their purpose. And yes it is 100% infuriating

To me the buffs have the hardest schedule in the big 12. I kind of agree with those teams having the easiest schedules

Utah is the only legit school in the new Big 12, maybe Ok State or K state. Everyone outside the new Big 12 knows it. There’s a reason the corner schools did not want to leave the Pac but no choice. There’s a reason the Big 10 or SEC don’t want any schools in the new Big 12 lol let’s get realistic new big 12 fans. I’m glad UW got into the Big 10 or I’d be depressed to be in the Big 12.

You guys might be good at FB and I mean "might". Or you might go 6-6, you never know. But the only legit school?! NO ONE outside of Utah even knows who you are. You might want to pump your brakes on your expectations. The new Big12 is a basketball conference and might be for a while. You guys will get rolled in B-Ball, and baseball for that matter. Only legit school.... pretty dumb statement by a newcomer.
