Nope, they actually have rules in places to make sure dealers keep 'RNG' and that the table is graded for fair variation.

Now it is often to have clay plastic mixture, or speed cheques which are plastic but not like those cheap plastic poker chips. May be different now. Retired 5 years ago.

Really enjoyed this but could have used a bit more guidance on the part about reversing the direction of the wheel. If you're reversing the direction of the spin each time it must be a bit tricky to pluck up the ball, reverse the wheel and release the ball all within a one quarter rotation isn't it? Again, really enjoying your videos, thanks!

One word of advice to dealers, dont spin the ball lightly even though the table is quiet if the wheel is connected to the electronic roulette terminal,s because players on those terminals expect the same level of service and they get even less time to place their bets during the spin. If you do, you will become very unpopular.

Man my class just thought me the game and told me I’ll find a way to spin the ball. Man i always try to go hard . Sometimes it sounds nice but other times it goes so light it tilts me

None of these balls are in no shape or form consistent with the "Rigged Roulette Smart Wheel & Ball" used by all Casinos today.

Next tutorial can you at least let the ball land on a number instead of prematurely removing the ball??

If the dealer takes him time to spin the ball, he could possibly be trying to aim for a certain section of the wheel, therefore it is discouraged.

In many European casinos they change the wheel and spin direction every spin (like he demonstrated.) In the United States all wheels and balls spin the same way every spin because it's faster and easier to teach new dealers
