I heard this the first time when I was 9 or 10, and it’s stuck with me for years and years (probably 15 or so - shh!) - today I finally looked it up, and it’s just as funny as I remember

S Omar Barker was my Great Great Uncle. My son’s middle name is Barker. I’m pert near famous!

I purt near understand the sweetness of living after purt near dying from a drunk man's purt near Sorn off weapon. I purt near thoroughly enjoyed to hear of his reaction when he heard his efforts where a purt near missen.
