A BNS&F Train came off of its tracks for unknown reasons. Several rail cars are resting on the side of a building. Traffic is tied up throughout several city streets and the I-5. The CHP has issued a SIG Alert. The tracks are damaged. Businesses in the area will have to have their employees park and walk into the affected area.
