Nateland | Ep.

Комедия

This week, Aaron and Dusty are out of town so the guys are joined by fellow comedians Justin Smith and Mike James. Nate extends an olive branch to the folks by going back to two hour episodes and participating in his own Krispy Kreme Challenge and Brian shares an awkward encounter in a grocery store parking lot. Then the guys delve into the Super Bowl by learning about the history of the game, memorable moments, commercials, and halftime performances.

I would have never commented, but I am very happy the podcast is back to 2 hours 😊 I am late to the show…started watching in November and am now caught up, so there is now a big lull waiting for the next episode! Then to hear that each episode was being cut in half…GOLLY😖 For those who are not as happy and want only the 1 hour, stop at the 1 hour mark, go do what you gotta’ do… watch the next hour another time. You get 2 podcasts a week…Parts 1 and 2! Nateland has quickly become one of my favorite getaways😊 (man, now I really want a Krispy Kreme)

In 1985 The Coca-Cola Co reformulated their recipe and presented New Coke. It went over like a turd in the punch bowl. They immediately went back to the original and rebranded it as Coca-Cola Classic and experienced a huge jump in market share ultimately taking the #1 spot from Pepsi. People to this day speculate that it may have been deliberate as the move seemed ingenious. When asked the CEO said "Trust me, we weren't smart enough to think of that." Anyway, here's to Nateland Classic!

My favorite basketball team is the Minnesota Timberwolves. They are having a great year, but played one of their worst games last night. I thought to myself, "Well at least I can forget about that terrible loss while I go off to Nateland." What greeted me when I arrived in Nateland? Mike James wearing a Chicago Bulls hat. The exact team that caused me anger and sorrow just hours before. Thanks a lot Mike! I'll go proofread this now.

Sonic is unique and we need to keep it that way. Also, we do not have the window trays anymore because people complained about it scratching their cars. Eat your food in your car and throw your own trash away like a whole grown-up person....and definitely don't forget to tip your carhop! Hey Bear!! I listen during work, and the two hours REALLY helps me get through the monotonous (ask Aaron what that means Nate) parts of my day. Love you guys, thanks for bringing back the two hours!!

Brian, You're a far better man than me. The vibe of last week's episode was so great and then this one made me feel like my parents were arguing. Hope you find a good day care for your daughter and keep bringing the heat!

Nate, I love this podcast and I love Dusty, Aaron, and Brian. You’re a good dude. With the backlash you received, this was a perfect response even before the Krispy Kreme challenge. Love you guys

I recently returned from a flight from Florida. While waiting at the airport a lady walked by me and suddenly back steps and stands in front of me and reads my Hey Bear” Nateland podcast hoodie. She then says , “ I like your hoodie!” I’m not surprised on the amount of fans you have all over the place. Clean comedy is so much more entertaining than saying a swear word in lack of anything witty/ funny. Thanks for the funny!

I totally understood why you decided to go to an hour. While I would have missed the longer podcast, I also realize that you guys have lots of travel demands from your work and more importantly families. However, as I am just starting to watch I have no idea the connection between the change back to two hours and Nate eating Krispy Kreme donuts during the podcast. All I can think about now is how much I want one. Love the show! We'll see you in Florida in a couple of weeks.

Way to go Nate! Nothing says “I’ve not gotten too big time” more than pulling out a box of donuts to eat on air, and then informing the rest of the boys that they are not aloud to eat any, because it will be too much. Thanks for doing what it takes to keep us all laughing

Now also Justin and Mike! They were great. If only Nick/Mick was there too! 💕dream team! This podcast makes me so happy

Brian's factoid about how the "super" bowl got its name helped me win a t-shirt from my favorite radio station today! Proof nateland still belongs in the podcast education category.

I do love that Nate does zero research for the podcast but immediately shuts Breakfast down as he starts reading off interesting factoids. Keep up the great work Breakfast and cuddos to Justin for trying to defend him.

Saw you all released this episode. I was hesitant to listen to it thinking it was going to be another 1 hour one. Then I found out it was back to 2 hours and I listened to the whole thing. Don't ask me to explain this logic. So happy it's back! Thanks for the donut eating apology. The folks forgive you
