I don't care if they all are. If it makes better fights for me to watch then I'm all for it. I have no personal feelings for any of them. If they get launched into the sun tomorrow my world doesn't change. Basically, I feel the same way about them as they do me.

It was very close, I honestly thought masvidal seemed like he was conserving energy which leads me to believe he may not have been in the best shape. And I'm a fan of Nate but I thought masvidal power shots were too far and few between late in the fight

@@2regarded he landed more total punches than Nate, and his were also better punches. I expected him to get tired and he didn’t, he looked better than any other mma fighter who’s stepped in the boxing ring, in my opinion. He can really box, he’s slick, his footwork, the angles, and the body work was really impressive. He’s legit and can really box switch stance, came out southpaw, the whole thing exceeded my wildest expectations.

@@Guitarial_arts I thought he looked good but I had a little higher expectations for him I suppose. I thought he'd be able to disrupt nates timing a little more. I also didn't expect as much from Nate after the Paul fight. Honestly, I've never seen Jake Paul look that good in any of his fights compared to how masvidal looked the other night. I don't believe those punch stats are accurate after watching the fight 3 times but again I would have been fine with the outcome if they gave it to masvidal.

This is how you should do all your bits

Masvidal got robbed. He landed more total strikes and more significant strikes. Nate landed more jabs... Nate threw more punches but less landed total than what Masvidal landed total. Plus Nate took more damage than Jorge did.

Nate pressed forward the whole fight. Jorge was counter striking a lot. Fight was a toss up. No way you can claim robbery .

People scoring it for Jorge think Damage matters in pro boxing. It doesnt. Only the recent UFC judging criteria respect damage. Pro Boxing is just Olympic boxing with KOs rewarded. If you wobble a guy with one punch every round but never drop him, and he lands 10x as many meh shots on you, he wins.

It does matter! You don’t know boxing. Boxing is judged by clear clean hits and Masvidal landed more punches landed more power shots and landed more body shots

That’s not how pro boxing is scored, though people think it’s the case because of the way compubox stats are given so much attention by commentators.

Even as someone who was rooting for Nate and I still think Nate won, I have to admit like uncle Chael said Jorge looked way better then people are giving him credit for and I was shocked that he still had pop in his punches even towards the end.

I listened to the fight live did not see it. The commentator was high. He cringed when Nate got blasted by Jorge. When I watched the fight and I saw Nate continually moving forward with his pitter patter style I was impressed. Nate, has the knack of rolling with alot of punches that seemed to have connected. True JM did have the harder more persuasive shots, however, it never stopped ND from moving forward and controlling the dance. Never mind the shots landed what was unmistakable was Nate's constant pressure moving forward.

Chael is the Trump of the MMA universe. Convincing speaker, charismatic, funny, witty, never lost anything, and spews bullshit.

Personally I thought the punch stats were off. I thought Nate landed a lot more punches than it showed, imo Nate won most rounds clear with Jorge trying to steal it with some heavy shots at the end of the round. But imo Nate was winning majority of nearly every round

This was actually a great fight as a Diaz fan I would have to say Nate and Jorge put on a spectacular boxing performance. Hats off to both fighters I enjoyed every second of this fight . Well over 1000 punches thrown this fight was total excitement.

It was a very entertaining fight from start to finish. Nate kept a persistent pace and Jorge's cardio held up while responding in kind. Durability was great also considering the amount of shots landed.

I can't believe how motivated nate was with his striking. I never see him stick to a gameplan and really make the most of his cardio. It was great to watch a fighter like masvidal who's historically been the better boxer, really have to figure things out. He got robbed but lowkey I'm happy nate won lol.
