Nate Belmar Reveals Biohacking Routine & Fitness Secrets

Nate Belmar and Luke Belmar have been exploding in popularity in the last year or so, and fortunate enough, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Nate for a conversation recently. We talked about his bio hacking tips, fitness goals, and how modern foods and conveniences are harming us. We filmed this at Capital Club in Spain which is his brother, Luke Belmar's, annual event for online entrepreneurs. The Capital Club Community is full of high performing individuals so make sure to get on the whitelist before Luke launches it this summer!

TLDR Summary: 🥖 Belmar emphasizes the importance of changing his diet completely and finding healthy meals that he actually enjoys, highlighting the challenge of many people being turned off by eating vegetables. 🥩 Lean meats like red beef or bison have a higher central amino acid profile compared to chicken and turkey, suggesting they may be more beneficial for overall health and fitness. 🍍 "Mitigating the glucose spike is key for weight loss, and cutting carbs gradually instead of abruptly can help your body adjust and become metabolically flexible." 🍍 Cutting out seed oils, carbohydrates, and inflammatory foods can lead to a noticeable difference in your body without even working out, just by going on frequent walks. 🥑 Cutting out carbs and incorporating higher protein and healthier fats, such as avocados, into the diet has been beneficial for overall health. 💰 The food pyramid is influenced by profit and lobbying, with the focus on foods that can be stored for long periods of time, rather than what is truly healthy. 📋 Having the right mindset is essential for achieving an abundant life, as it forms the foundation for success in fitness and biohacking.

So true. I'm eating once a day and healthy (been researching for almost a decade now). Even though I'm currebtly physically inactive, I still look better than 95% of the people I see when I go outside to buy some groceries. If I would start to get active again I would look shredded as fuck. But I have to add that I started getting into sports early and am naturally athletic that helps a lot.

Super simple plan I’ve been following, with great results - cold black coffee till noon - 1lb air fryed chicken w/ 1/2 cup cheese and low cal bbq sauce - protein shake at 4 after gym - chipotle burrito at 6 - fast on Sundays - no carb Wednesdays (Tuesday is movie with popcorn got that regal crown card yesssur) - walk my dog after every meal and before bed - vitamin D, mag, zinc - 1/2 gallon of water a day 1 gallon makes me pee way too much It’s been super easy to follow and dropping weight 3 pounds a week. I only lost 2 pounds this week so I’ll be adding in a 1 mile run 5 days a week. * Saturday’s I drink and Tuesday I replace my chicken meal with movie snacks

Now I know what a life without brain fog is like. I've been living abroad for a few years, so I didnt know any better how bad this country tap water was for my own health even though it has great remarks (EU country btw). The water is literally HORRIBLE. I'll never go back to drinking tap water. No way.

Great convo! I have only one simple criticism: I would prefer that the podcast host lets the guest to speak a little bit more. Don't get me wrong, you got my attention and I watched all 19 minutes video, so that was a good job, but as i said, I would like more speaking from the guest and less speaking from your personal experience. Good luck for all your projects 😊
