This song gives me so much nostalgia! I was 19 about to be 20 out here in Manhattan living my best life. I’m 35 now with a son and another one on the way and I’m blessed. I listen to this song to bring me back to those carefree days. Also I wonder how she’s doing. I hope she’s still singing.

They don’t care if you have great voices, vocals, songwriter and super talented..They just don’t care..What they looking for is the looks, body shape and no matter if you have no talent..I wish she should make a KZread Channel and start writing her songs and sing them. Her voice is so calm, soft, cleared and her voice and vocals are just so beautiful…This girl deserves to be rich and famos ..Or least have enough money to live comfortably..

Found this song when i was super young fell in love. Pharrell should of released this and his version. Can't find this on any streaming platforms. Great song

I discovered this song about a year or two ago through my rabbit hole of rare unreleased Neptunes tracks. It was a video of Pharrell laying down the keys for the song while Natasha was chilling with him and Chad in the studio. I gotta say, the second hand nostalgia I got listening to this was so strong I felt like I was reminiscing on something I used to hear on the school bus as a kid. It helped that Neptunes produced music soundtracked my childhood and early adolescence. Natasha deserved better treatment by the industry given how she carried for J Lo on Jenny from the Block. Nothing gave me the impression she was chasing that level of fame though and she seems to be enjoying civilian life with her family.
