    Met Martin and his brother while they were killing some time at my restaurant before a show. Spent a couple hours with them. They were both super cool, and I got to tell him how underrated I thought the movie "Life" was. They agreed. They even gave me passes for 4 to see the show they were putting on that night. We can all have our cool moments, and dickish moments. We're all human. No more, no less.

    Natasha has never reached that level and probably never will and I like her but Martin Lawrence has done more with his career than she ever will. But with that being said Martin was wrong, but the man is known to be a little Unstable Mentally. People upset with Martin Lawrence and trying to talk bad about him to take her side I understand that but Martin Lawrence did well for himself, better that most comedians.

  • @cloakster

    @cloakster

    @OKTP - Agree that Lawrence was a somebody once, but not anymore. Even at his peak, he was pretty much just a poor man's Eddie Murphy. And Lawrence hasn't been a somebody for quite awhile now. Meanwhile, Natasha's on her way up. She may not ever get to ML's peak, but her career going forward looks better than what the rest of Lawrence's career will be. Lawrence will be doin' well if he can stay out rehab, prison, court, or all of the above. Like ya said, the dude has issues.

    Any comic that gets gigs on talk shows with nothing current to promote has a pretty strong legacy imo. Bad Boys III is one of his upcoming projects and his sitcom gets much syndication. He still does sold-out standup shows across the country. So much for a has-been huh lol

    Blade, hate to inform ya, but Lawrence has been done for years now. Only a few diehards really care 'bout him anymore. Bad Boys III is just further confirmation... the first movie came out, what, 20 years ago? LOL. Only reason it's even getting made is 'cuz Will Smith's movie career is on the skids now after several bombs, and he's getting desperate. And yeah, BB3 will probably bomb too. There's no heat around Smith and Lawrence anymore, so unless there's a hell of a script and a hell of a director on it, yeah, fizzle. Not trying to be mean, just statin' facts. Lawrence had a good run back in the '90s, considering his talent level.

    as a Black male, I'm disappointed.(@ Martin but I know he don't give a F anyway) why? because let a White person do that to a Black person and we're the 1st (and I hate to say it) but we'd be the 1st to pull the race card and say that the person "didn't respect me" and all dat type of shit. whether it was a joke or not, MARTIN shoulda apologized and not even try to make a point in the parking lot (if all that really happened).

    Martin Lawrence is a douchbag and disrespectful, at least he's less of a douchbag then that nikki minaj chick and ariana grande chick not by much but

    Why? Would it have been less offensive to you if it was a white male or a woman? They had a misunderstanding and they made up according to her. All this exta hate is just the American social program playing itself out.

    I'd buy Natasha a burning man ticket with the agreement that she'd roast the entire fucking place on day one. Shes my fav other than all the male comedians of course but second to Norm the Irish, of the burger empire.

    My thoughts, exactly. I'm sure most of this video's views are because most of us "Martin Lawrence fans" thought we were going to hear a funny story. But instead, a pretty lame one, while throwing shade... classless.

    First of all, with all due respect, Natasha isn't anywhere near the same level of comedic or financial success as Martin. I'm not surprised when Martin asked who the hell is Natasha Leggero - I recognize her, but I don't know her name either. That said, I commend Natasha's respect for Martin and not blowing this out of proportion, like the audience was trying to do. Also, the title of this video is stretching the truth. If Martin really wanted to insult Natasha, he would have said a whole lot more. Martin was just playing with the audience.

    Why are people mad at Martin?? Its a damn comedy show!! You tell jokes at them. Natasha made a joke off of his joke. If anything she is the one using him to make money. He gave her material free of charge

    I've yet to witness Natasha do anything I didn't like And, I've never seen anything Martin do that I did like Even when Martin gets parts in movies alongside better talent? He still sucks He isn't funny He's annoying Natasha is funny Great attitude Sweet laugh Witty And nice to look at too Martin's just afraid of strong talented women

    Dude its not a contest and you are white. Its obvious you will side with the white chick that is playing victim. Martin is way funnier than her and way more successful. Most female comedians are not funny and she is one of them. I cant even sit through her entire stand up.
